The Brantly 48 loader mounted on the 400 above was pretty ratty looking when I got it. It was functionally competent but needed paint, new hoses and a complete fluid change. It also needed a pump mounting bracket. So last spring I completely tore it apart, sandblasted and painted all of the heavy metal, chemically stripped and painted the cylinders and replaced some hoses.

It looks so nice now I'm scared to use it. I tell myself I'm just letting the paint cure.

I bought the loader from a WFM member who lives in the Detroit area. I was still recovering from bypass surgery at the time so I picked it up, brought it home and didn't do anything to it the following spring.
