The
car has some issues like a dent between the
rear side window and the back window. It's
there because some jerk tried to break into
the car and when he couldn't he punched it.
You can see the knuckle marks. The driver's door lock is scratched up and
dented a bit too.

I
don't drive this car much. I probably spend
more time cleaning and tinkering with my Mustang than I do
behind the wheel. I don't mind though. It's pleasant
work and keeps me out of trouble. I
reupholstered the original black cloth seats with
black leather last year. It was overdue and I don't
like cloth anyway. For a grease monkey like me it's
mission impossible to avoid stains. The Hurst shifter
is from Summit
Racing. Good folks to deal with.

| I
purchased a new set of Weld clone wheels.
They're the exact same wheel without the
Weld logo on the center cap.
15x8's on the back and 15x7's on the
front. I couldn't get 9" wide rear
rims and 10 inchers would have stuck out
too far. When I installed the new wheels and tires I put 2.75 x15 rubber on the rear and
they rubbed on the quad shocks. I had to remove the shocks to get
the tires to work. As a result the Mustang handles like a drunken sailor
at the moment.
The solution is to install new quads
and reverse them so that the shock
cylinder is on the end where the tire
rub was happening. |

| The
door jambs and sills on this `90
Mustang are rust free. The only rust
is some bubbling behind the left rear
wheel on the quarter panel and a small
hole in the floor under the driver's
left heel. The rest of the floor is A1
and still has the factory paint on it.
