1976 was the
last year of the Stingray badge. It was
also the year with the least horsepower, next
to the 1975 models. That was rectified by
the previous owner who dropped in a 350 HP GM
crate engine. The original intake and carb
were installed for an authentic look.

The C3 body style is iconic. Everybody
knows they're looking at a Corvette.
'C3' refers to the body style from
1968 to 1982. The first Corvettes
(`53-`62) were C1's and the 1963 to
1967 models were C2's. The latest
generation is the C6. Rumors abound
about a C7 Corvette but it has yet to
be unveiled. |
