I needed to stuff everything you see in the first drawing in my shop for the winter. I also had to provide my wife with a bay to park her car and still get my vehicles and small tractors in and out. No matter which way I did it I came up short on space so I had to store the 50 Ford pickup at my dad's. I also bought a low buck 10x20 enclosure so the Ranger I drive to work would be out of the weather. I do not like scraping ice off windows. The solution I came up with is the drawing below this one. And yes, everything is to scale (I like doodling).

Drawing helps me to visualize things, even a
materials list. This is a diagram showing the what I need for winterizing the left bay of the Gofast Garage. Insulation isn't cheap but the BTU calculation drops to less than half what it would take without it. That means a quick return on the investment and significant savings in the future.
